Standard Thermocouple Connectors

Hamitherm supplies a complete range of standard thermocouple connectors and accessories for temperature measurement, covering most calibration types (C, E, K, J, N, T, U), temperature ranges, and are color coded accordingly.

These standard size thermocouple connectors are robust and durable, and are ideal for temperature measurement applications in demanding industrial environments. Hamitherm standard thermocouple connectors are suited for wires up to 1,6 mm and a maximum cable diameter of 8,0 mm.

Calibration

Hamitherm standard thermocouple connectors support all types of calibrations (type K, J, T, etc.) to ensure compatibility with various thermocouple types.

Colour coding

All Hamitherm standard thermocouple connectors are colour coded to indicate their calibration type, in line with the main international standards for thermocouple calibration colours.

Temperature ranges

The standard thermocouple connectors are available with different types of body materials for applications in various temperature ranges:
from up to 650 ℃ (1250 ℉):

  • Glass-filled nylon (economy version): standard, 180 ℃ / 400 ℉
  • Thermoplastics: standard, 220 ℃ / 400 ℉
  • Thermoset: high temp, 350 ℃ / … ℉
  • Thermoset compound: ultra high temp: 425 – 540 ℃ / … ℉
  • Ceramics: 650 ℃ / 1250 ℉
