Hamitherm supplies a complete range of miniature thermocouple connectors and accessories for temperature measurement, covering most calibration types (C, E, K, J, N, T, U), temperature ranges, and are color coded accordingly.

These miniature thermocouple connectors are compact and lightweight, and are ideal for mobile applications and situations where space is limited. Hamitherm miniature thermocouple connectors are suited for small wires (up to 0,6 mm in diameter) and mineral insulated cables (up to 4,5 mm in diameter).

Calibration

Colour coding

All Hamitherm miniature thermocouple connectors are colour coded to indicate their calibration type, in line with the main international standards for thermocouple calibration colours.

Temperature ranges

The miniature thermocouple connectors are available with different types of body materials for applications in various temperature ranges:
from up to 650 ℃ (1250 ℉):
– Glass-filled nylon (economy version): standard, 200 ℃ / 400 ℉
– Thermoplastics: standard, 200 ℃ / 400 ℉
– Thermoset: high temp, 350 ℃ / … ℉
– Thermoset compound: ultra high temp: 425 – 540 ℃ / … ℉
– Ceramics: 650 ℃ / 1250 ℉
